By using BoardGG you agree to these terms. BoardGG is a free fan project, provided as-is for the enjoyment of the Magic: The Gathering community.
An unofficial fan project
BoardGG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast. Magic: The Gathering and all related card data and images are the property of Wizards of the Coast. We do not host any card images ourselves; they are served by Scryfall.
Eligibility
You need a valid email address to create an account, and you must be old enough to consent to data processing in your country. One person, one account.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: no harassment of other players, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform, and no illegal activity. Be a good pod-mate.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or harm other users.
No warranty
BoardGG is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It is a hobby project: games, data, and availability may change or break at any time, and we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms and the service over time. If you keep using BoardGG after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, where the project is operated.
